A member of the Association shall be entitled:

- To participate in the activities of the Association;

- To participate in the work of the Meeting of the Organization;

- To participate in the work of the General Meeting of the relevant regional office;

- To make proposals relating improving the Association’s activities to all of its bodies;

- To make requests to any elected body of the Association and receive substantial replies;

- To participate in proceedings of bodies considering the issues of its withdrawal from the Association;

- To withdraw from the Association;

- To elect and be elected into the managing and auditing bodies of the Association.

A member of the Association shall be obliged:

- To comply with the requirements of the Charter, decisions of the Association’s governing bodies, adopted within the competence established by the Charter;

- To participate directly in implementation of the Association’s aims and objectives;

- To avoid actions discrediting the Association;

- To pay the admission and membership fees in order and amount set by the decisions of the authorized bodies.
