Board of the Association The Board of the Association shall be a permanent executive body of the Association. The Board of the Association shall ensure performance of resolutions of the Meetings of the Association, the Central Council and the the Association's Presidium.
Competence of the Board The Board of the Association shall: - organize centralized accounting of members of the Association; - keep register of members of the Association; - by resolution of the Presidium appoint and dismiss heads of branches and representative offices of the Association; - elaborate a draft budget of the Association, submit it for approval by the Presidium of the Association and execute it; - organize and exercise general management and control over activities of structural bodies of the Association; - determine current tasks of the Association, create commissions, working groups and other ad hoc panels, exert control over its activities; - elaborate and execute a financial plan and an expense budget of the Association; - submit to the Presidium of the Association offers as to entering other organizations and associations of the Russian Federation as well as international organizations and associations, and also propose as to establishing such organizations; - submit to the Presidium of the Association offers about creation of Association branches and representative offices; - elaborate and submit for approval of the Association Presidium working plans of the Board, programs, projects and separate events of the Association; - elaborate and submit for approval of the Association Presidium normative documents which regulate activities of the governing and other bodies of the Association, funds, specialized working panels of the Association, standing rules and regulations; - elaborate and submit for approval of the Association Presidium normative documents which regulate criteria which candidates to the Association membership shall meet, amount and order of payment of admission, membership and other fees.

| Chairman of ALR Board Igor Manylov discussed ALR collaboration plans with South Korean lawyers27.09.11 On September 26, 2011 as part of Chairman of the Board of Association of Lawyers of Russia Igor Manylov's first official visit to the Republic of Korea was held a work meeting with Board of leading South Korean Law Firm “YULCHON” Sai Ree Yun and Bong Hee Han. During the meeting, sides discussed matters of developing partnership between legal organizations, possibility of signing Cooperation Agreement between All-Russian Non-commercial Organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia” and South Korean Law Firm “YULCHON”, as well as existing practice of evaluation and certification of lawyers in both countries. |
